Having called Bradley County home since 1989, Tim brings decades of local knowledge and a deep understanding of the Cleveland, Tennessee real estate market. His professional background includes extensive leadership experience across healthcare, government, and corporate sectors, where he successfully led complex operational initiatives focused on customer service, strategic planning, and organizational excellence.

Outside of real estate, Tim is a devoted husband to Jill Mantooth Cook and proud father to Joshua Paul (JP-16), Christian Isaiah (Ian-14), and Sophia Daniele (Dani-13). He is also an active member of the Crusader Choir at North Cleveland Church of God, where he enjoys leading worship and pointing others to Jesus.

When he’s not serving clients, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and working together on their “little” farm in Southeast Tennessee.
